limited quantity of this limited edition hapéThis hapé comes from the Apurina Tribe of Brazil. This tribe uses a special type of green raw that grows next to the rivers. They don’t cure (dry) it and they mix it with a native herb from the forest called Awiry giving it a vibrant green color. This special, unique medicine brings the force of the flowing waters and a divine feminine energy which is beautiful to meditate with. It helps to open the senses, gives clarity and can intensify your dreams. Beautiful to tune in with the more subtle energies of the forest and its healing plant spirits. A wonderful option for those with an aversion to or for those who have very strong reactions to hapé.
Hapé is a very sacred herbal snuff, made by the indigenous tribes of the Amazon. Hapé, or rapé,’ is pronounced ‘haa-pay’ in English. It is used for deep connection to the spirits, animals and Mother Nature. It is very cleansing and powerfully healing for the body, mind, and soul. The indigenous tribes have been working with this medicine for thousands of years to heal their communities and to connect with the Creator.
This sacred medicine takes days to make and is a very labor intensive process made in a ceremonial way, out of various Amazonian healing medicinal plants, leaves, trees and seeds from native lands.
Application : This medicine can be be self-administered using a V-shaped self-applicator pipe, known as a ‘Kuripe’ pipe which connects the mouth to the nostrils. It can also be administered by another person using a large blow pipe, called a ‘Tepi’, which connects the blower’s mouth to the other person’s nostrils.
Use: Start with a dime sized amount to begin your practice. Pour the medicine into your palm, say a prayer and align with the spirit of the . Using either your kuripe or the Tepi, load half into the pipe for the first nostril. If self applying, inhale, insert the long nostril of the pipe into your nose, and the smaller side in your mouth. Exhale and blow strongly. This is the hardest part because it requires centering yourself and giving yourself a strong, powerful application. In time, your ability to do this will grow and you’ll be able to use this as a tool to organize and center yourself whenever necessary. After you are applied, sit for 5-10 minutes in meditation.

In all forms, to allow your intuition to guide you as you open up to this powerful plant ally and allow the hapé to guide and teach you how it wants to be prayed with.
Dosages can be increased after prolonged use once one becomes more accustom to working with this medicine and has built a relationship with the plant and this specific hapé.

Absolutely one of my favorites! This is my 2nd most used Hape that I use! I love the gentleness that creates the ability to work with this multiple times throughout the day and it also gives the flexibility to build up gently the amount we use!
It is so gentle that you can use more of the normal amount you use and still have a powerful yet gentle session. I use this for myself when needing cleansing energy or when I am by the beach, or body of water.. Lovely and fun! Right when I take this hapé, I almost always find myself swaying back and forth, even dancing. Another gift I often receive is a flow of relaxation and release traveling down my torso, through my hips and out my legs. For me, it invites softness and flow.
It certainly is nice for newcomers as it doesn’t burn much. It’s not grounding per se, but is more about connection to others and nature in a dynamic way. I also notice it enhancing my sense of hearing and sight, and it’s definitely enlivened my dreams too 🙂
I know it’s not ‘standard’ but I have tried blending this medicine with other stronger hapés, to bring some softness and flow to that experience, and have found it works well with a couple that I have. What a unique blend among the others I have had! So gentle and watery 🙂

This is a really gentle and nourishing hape. I started off with this one, and would definitely recommend it as a good introduction into hape. It’s well balanced and has an earthy feel to it, which was really enjoyable. I wouldn’t get it again, but I’m glad i tried it as part of my starter.

A very nice and blessed hapè. This one js unique in that it does not hit as strong as a traditional hapè. It’s very gentle and truly does feel like a communion with the spirit of the water. I will use this one when I feel deeply called to the hapè but want to embody being in the present moment.
