We offer store credit or refund minus a 10% restocking fee if you contact us within 2 weeks of having received your order. Please email returns@fourvisionsmarket.com. After the first 2 weeks, we will happily offer you store credit for any product you are not 100% satisfied with. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping on all returns, unless an error was made on our part in your order.
*Please note we cannot accept returns on the following items: kuripes/tepis, opened tinctures*

Please allow 2 business days to process and ship your order. We are a small team that works devotedly to get you your tools, so please be patient and expect some delays during sales, holidays, and big promotions. Please keep in mind just how far these tools travel to arrive at your doorstep, and practice the art of gratitude to the tribes and the Amazonian cultures when it comes to receiving your packages. We deeply appreciate your collaboration on this.

For domestic orders that do not include hapé we use USPS priority mail which takes 1-3 business days to deliver once it has been shipped. For domestic orders that include hapé orders we use UPS which takes 3-5 days to deliver after it has been shipped. We will email you the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

For International orders, we use UPS International Shipping which includes global tracking and takes 7-21 business days to arrive. Please know that shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. Four Visions ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by the customer in order for your package to clear customs. Each country has their own unique guidelines & regulations and it is up to the customer to investigate and take the required follow-up measurements to contact their local postal service and follow the necessary steps in order for their package to be released, should there be a hold placed on the shipment.

At this time we do not have a physical store. Please reach out to us if we can be of any support making your online purchase smoother or answering any questions you may have about our wide array of products.

Please store all our botanical remedies in a cool, dry place, albeit the sananaga which MUST be refrigerated.

All textiles should be washed on the delicate setting with all natural gentle soap and air-dried.

We recommend dry-clean only for all our Andean ponchos/shawls. The only wool that does well in the washing machine are our Arhuaca Bags. A gentle wash really freshens them up again.

Our ceremonial beadwork can get wet but they are delicate and should be handled with care; soap will discolor the seed beadwork.

Sananga is fresh plant matter with no preservative. It needs to be refrigerated in order to maintain maximum freshness.

That being said, keep in mind that this is a product used in the Amazon often without any refrigeration. In general, sananga can keep up to 2 weeks out of the fridge, which is why there is no issue with shipping it to you, as long as it goes in your refrigerator upon arrival.

If you ever suspect the sananga has been compromised it is best to smell it, and if there is no strong sour odor, as well as no floaties such as mold or fungi in it, you can put it in the refrigerator and use it. It is normal to have some sediment at the bottom of the bottle; this is simply the separation of the bark and liquid; make sure to shake well before use. If you ever open your bottle and it smells funky, do not use it. If there is ever anything unknown floating around in your bottle, do not use it.

All alcohol used in our botanical tinctures is gluten free. The majority are made with cane alcohol. Our flower essences are made with brandy. However, we are not an official gluten free facility nor can we promise that the alcohols we do use were made in a facility that is completely free of gluten, so please take necessary precautions if you have a serious gluten allergy.

The tobacco in our hapes is heirloom jungle tobacco. This is very different from cigarette tobacco. Jungle tobacco has been used for centuries as a plant for healing. This ceremonial tobacco is grown organically and with love, prayer and intention by the indigenous communities. It does contain some nicotine, however much lower quantities than commercial tobacco. Please always use it in prayer and reverence.
